Yesterday it ended; but for the duration of four days the citizens of San Diego were experiencing a real-life episode of ‘When Nerds Attack’. The Comic-Con International of 2007 had near 200 000 attendees and for the first time all the Four Day Passes were sold out. This Multi-Genre Convention was founded in 1970 and is by tradition a four-day event (Thursday through Sunday).
Some of this years most prominent guests related to Television included 24-director Jon Cassar, Lost executive producers Damon Lindelof and Carlton Cuse, not to forget Academy Award-winning actor Nicolas Cage talking about comics with his son Weston Cage. If you happened to miss out on all the ‘fun’ at Comic-Con ‘07 there is always a second chance at WonderCon being held February 22-24, 2008.
